Great opportunity - we are urgently looking for qualified motor mechanic with good interpersonal skills, who wants to move into a varied role combining customer care and administration.
Joining an expanding team, you will report directly to the Claims Manager and will act as 1st point of call for in-bound calls regarding motor warranty issues. You will also make a variety of outbound calls to customers and approved vehicle repair centres regarding work required, assess costs and will approve appropriate decisions within guidelines. You will be responsible for chasing up and progressing cases, updating customers and settling claims within policy terms. You will maintain accurate systems information and will be involved with the training of new members of staff.
